Tracy Jac-During – Communications Manager

Tracy Jac-During is the Communications Manager at Meraki Analytics, where she leads the firm’s strategic communications, digital storytelling, and public engagement efforts. A seasoned communications specialist with a degree in Mass Communication from Fourah Bay College, University of Sierra Leone, Tracy also holds multiple certifications from leading communications institutions.

Prior to joining Meraki, she served as Communications Manager at Farm to Table Sierra Leone, bringing over five years of experience in media strategy, development communications, and ethical digital engagement. Tracy is also a passionate digital rights advocate and certified Digital Security Trainer, with a focus on equipping women and youth to navigate online spaces safely.

Beyond her professional roles, Tracy is the founder of the Marigold Initiative and currently serves as Deputy National Coordinator of Chozen Generation Sierra Leone. She also leads the National Debating Championship for Girls, a flagship youth empowerment program. A YALI alumna and a strong advocate for youth development, Tracy blends technical fluency with strategic clarity to ensure that every campaign she touches is authentic, inclusive, and impact-driven.

When she is not shaping narratives or building digital safety capacity, Tracy can be found in the music scene, as a singer and songwriter with a deep passion for creative expression.
