Malcom Isaac Kargbo – Administrative Officer
Malcom Isaac Kargbo is a dedicated administrative and data support professional with four years of experience in data collection across health, education, and governance sectors. He has contributed to multiple large-scale projects, ensuring efficient field logistics and the delivery of high-quality data.
Malcom has played key roles in initiatives such as the Marie Stopes Sierra Leone Client Exit Interviews (MSSL-CEI 2022–2023), VSO Disability Assessments for Schools (2023), and the EGMA and EGRA Endline Assessment – Radically Open Technology to Tackle the Learning Crisis (2024). He also served as Testing Lead for the Foundational Literacy and Numeracy (FLN) project, supporting evidence-informed strategies for school improvement in Sierra Leone. His governance-focused work includes supporting the Invest Salone study on the socioeconomic impacts of civil and political unrest, as well as the International Security and Development Center’s cross-border peacebuilding and sustainable livelihoods project for cattle herders and crop farmers in Sierra Leone and Guinea.
At Meraki Analytics, Malcom leads administrative coordination and supports data operations, including tool setup on Device Management, Kobo Toolbox, and SurveyCTO, data entry and management in MS Excel, and logistical planning for field activities. His technical skills span MS Excel, MS Word, ODK, Kobo Toolbox, and SurveyCTO. He is currently pursuing a Diploma in Business Administration.
Malcom believes data is a powerful driver of informed decision-making, problem-solving and social impact. He is passionate about innovation, personal growth, teamwork, and contributing to Sierra Leone’s national development.
Outside of work, Malcom enjoys exploring ways to enhance the country’s entertainment industry through event planning. He finds joy in spending time with friends and family, playing football and video games, and taking long drives for relaxation.
