ISDC’s Peacebuilding team had the pleasure of working with Meraki Analytics on a large-scale data collection exercise involving over 2,000 respondents in Northern Sierra Leone, close to the Guinea border region. From the outset, Meraki brought deep local knowledge and experience to the project, which was evident in their thoughtful planning and smooth field operations. They demonstrated impressive reach through their access to a large and diverse pool of enumerators, and used reliable digital tools that allowed for efficient data collection and monitoring. The team established clear procedures for quality checks, ensuring that we received clean and timely data. Importantly, Meraki delivered strong results while remaining cost-effective, which made a real difference given the project’s scope and logistical demands. Throughout, they were responsive, communicative and professional, and genuinely a pleasure to work with. We would be happy to collaborate with them again.
